On Day 03, you will be taking a morning drive from Kathmandu to Macha Khola, passing through small towns such as Dhading Besi and Arughat. The drive takes around 8 to 9 hours, depending on traffic, route conditions, and speed; however, the routes are well-maintained with some bumpy sections. On Day 04, you will be trekking from Machha Khola to Jagat, involving a 6 – 7 hour walk through rocky paths. Trekking from Lho to Samagaon on Day 08 includes passing through forests and viewpoints with mesmerizing Himalayan vistas such as Manaslu and Himal Chuli. On  Day 09, you will have an extra day for acclimatization in Samagaon, helping you adjust to the higher altitude and ensure safety and comfort. On Day 11, the trek takes you from Samdo to Dharamshala,  a challenging day of the entire trek, as the walk includes high-altitude regions before you cross the Larkya La Pass. Today’s journey includes a gradual climb through rugged terrain, offering impressive views of high peaks as you ascend to the high-altitude areas.

On Day 12, you will be crossing the challenging Larkya La Pass, a long and steep ascent journey, offering you incredible views of Manaslu and other surrounding peaks. The trek includes 8 – 9 hours, passing through glacial terrain and high altitude areas, requiring careful acclimatization and proper fitness. Make sure to start your journey early, as at higher altitudes the weather can be tough. 

As you reach Larkya La Pass (5,160 m), a challenging high-mountain pass, offering stunning Himalayan views and connecting the Manalsu and Annapurna region. You then ascend through the pass and reach Bhimthang, a high-altitude Himalayan village in Nepal, known for its panoramic views of Manaslu and surrounding peaks. 

Making your trek from Bimthang to Goa on Day 13, descent, offering a gradual change in the landscape from high alpine scenery to the lower valleys of the Manaslu Circuit. Today’s trek includes a downhill section, following the Marshyandgi River valley, with well-marked forested paths and suspension bridges. On Day 14, you will be moving from Bimthang to Goa, including a gradual descent through the Manaslu Circuit. On Day 16, you take a morning drive, including a long but scenic drive from Jagat to Kathmandu via Besisahar, taking about 10 – 12 hours. The journey follows winding mountain roads alongside rivers, hills, and rural settlements. As you descend to the lower altitudes and later climb gently toward Kathmandu, you can enjoy changing landscapes before reaching the capital city. 

Day 17 marks the end of the journey, as on this day you will depart from Kathmandu. Depending on your flight schedule, you will be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport. I have join for Manaslu Trek with Nepal Footprint which is recommend by my German friend. They help me everything for Manaslu Trek permit, organize a experience local trek guide Mr. Lila and Private Jeep to Machha Khola for my family.
