Trip Overview

Paragliding in Pokhara is a gripping aerial adventure for the adrenaline-hungry travelers to Nepal. This swift sports adventure in Nepal allows you to see some of the best landscapes on earth. Paragliding in Nepal these days shares the sky with Himalayan griffin vultures, eagles, kites and hence this extreme adventure is also known as Para hawking.
During the paragliding or Parahawking in Pokhara, we float over exceedingly beautiful villages, monasteries, temples, lakes and lush vegetation with a fantastic face to face view of the majestic Himalayas.
However, paragliding in Nepal depends on the weather. Since Pokhara enjoys the highest rainfall in Nepal, we urge our guests to start early to Sarangkot and enjoy the adventure if you are paragliding during the Monsoon (June- August). However, if you are paragliding at other seasons of the year, you shall not worry about the weather.
Normally paragliding in Pokhara is based on tandem jumps. Gliding with the experienced tandem master, you will swiftly land in the drop zone at Pame, a place close the Lakeside.
